The story follows two estranged sisters who travel to the French Alps to honor their grandmother’s last wish, which is extremely sweet and also suspiciously convenient for anyone who loves scenic drone shots of snowy peaks. One sister is carefree, one is responsible, and both have perfected the classic Hallmark skill of looking cold-but-glowing while standing in waist-deep snow.

Enter: the world’s most improbably handsome Alpine guide. He’s rugged, charming, and somehow completely available during peak ski season. He teaches the sisters how to scale cliffs, follow their hearts, and presumably how to find perfect lighting in the middle of a blizzard.

Along the way, the sisters face the real dangers of the Alps: sliding down hills, misreading trail signs, and falling in love with French men who own exactly one flannel shirt but wear it extremely well.

By the end, family bonds are restored, holiday magic prevails, and everyone somehow hikes uphill for miles without ever breaking a sweat — a true Christmas miracle.
