Aurora Teagarden Mysteries: The Disappearing Game
"Because in Hallmark Movies, Even Small Towns Have Big Crime Rates!"

If there’s one thing Hallmark movies have made clear, it’s that small towns are secretly full of criminal activity—especially if your name is Aurora Teagarden. In Aurora Teagarden Mysteries: The Disappearing Game, our favorite librarian-turned-sleuth finds herself in yet another mystery, proving once again that working at a library is somehow the most dangerous profession in the world (aside from being a baker in a Christmas movie).

This time, Aurora (played by Candace Cameron Bure, aka the queen of cozy crimes and Hallmark holiday movies) is caught up in a case involving her missing cousin, a suspicious disappearance, and, of course, at least one handsome detective who seems to show up at just the right moment. Because in Hallmark movies, the crime may be serious, but there’s always room for a little light-hearted banter and romantic tension between solving clues.

The mystery itself is classic Aurora—full of twists, turns, and moments where you’ll yell, “Maybe let the actual police handle this one?” But let’s be real, without Aurora taking matters into her own hands, we wouldn’t have half the entertainment. Plus, what’s a Hallmark mystery without a few conveniently placed clues, a town full of suspiciously friendly people, and a heroine who somehow looks flawless while unraveling criminal conspiracies?

Final Verdict:
If you love Hallmark movies but wish they came with a bit more mystery and a little less predictable snowflake kisses, this one’s for you. Aurora Teagarden Mysteries: The Disappearing Game proves that no small-town crime can go unsolved when a determined librarian with an impeccable wardrobe is on the case!
