Review

Catch of the Day
Subtitle: Fish, Flirtation, and Floundering Plans 🎣

If you thought Hallmark movies were all about cozy small towns and snow-covered streets, Catch of the Day proves that romance can also bloom on a pier—preferably with the scent of fresh saltwater and fish tacos in the air.

Our heroine is a small-town businesswoman with a love of seafood… and apparently, bad timing. Enter the swoon-worthy local fisherman and the city-slicker investor, both determined to win her heart while arguing over crab traps and boat sizes. Cue the Hallmark holiday movies energy: lingering glances, slow-motion walks on the dock, and a meddling aunt who knows the perfect recipe for romantic disaster.

By the final reel, you’ll laugh, sigh, and maybe reconsider your own approach to dating—or at least your tolerance for plotlines where a love triangle revolves around lobster pots. Catch of the Day is cozy, charming, and a little fishy in all the right ways. 🐟💖
