Description
"The Case for Christmas" follows Michael Sherman, a young lawyer and single father in New York City, who is struggling to keep his practice afloat. As Christmas approaches, he is approached by Kris Kringle, who is being sued for emotional distress by a man claiming that Santa Claus's failure to deliver his desired gifts has ruined his life. Michael takes on the case, defending Santa in court, and in the process, rediscovers the magic of Christmas and opens his heart to love again.
