Erin has spent years supporting her husband's career as a heart surgeon while organizing hospital charity galas and quietly shelving her own dream of becoming a fashion designer. Then, thanks to a mysterious heart-shaped Christmas ornament, she wakes up in an alternate reality where she's a world-famous designer. Apparently, Santa has upgraded from delivering presents to providing full-blown career counseling.
